Venue Rental

From specialty social events to intimate gatherings, we are pleased to create custom event packages tailored to fit your preferences and budget. Our standard event pricing is listed below. Room rental pricing includes table and chair rentals and is subject to change.

Daytime rental fees are charged by the hour and must be rented for a minimum of 3 hours. Daytime events must end and be cleaned out of the space by 2 p.m. Please consider any additional time you may need for setup and decor when choosing your rental time. 

Evening rental includes rental use for a consecutive 7-hour period with access from 3 p.m. until 10 p.m. All events starting at or after 3 p.m. will be considered evening events and will fall under fixed venue pricing. 

Additional time before or after events may not be available.


All room rental fees are non-refundable. A security deposit plus 50% of the room rental fee is required to reserve your date. Room rental pricing includes table and chair rentals and is subject to change.
